Shipping and Handling
Our intention to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt is our goal. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Rarely, the actual shipping and handling charge may vary slightly from the quoted charge.
USA Orders:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured by UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you must call in your order to 1-800-561-5830 as we do not currently offer US Postal Service shipping options on the web. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air.
Canada Orders:
Canada Express Shipping is used for speed, we do not offer Standard Shipping to Canada.
International Orders:
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S. , you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. SuperFood.com is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.
Recycled Packaging:
Our mission is to affiliate with sustainable health-food businesses and you can rest assured that recycled packaging is at the top of our affiliates conscious. As we grow and acquire other affiliates the same standards will always apply.
